Chiropractic Practice Building Overview

The Parker Process is the key to practice success in every market, every economic situation. The key to developing a thriving practice is to “RETAIN” patients…The frustration of constantly chasing new patients and trying to build a steady and reliable practice when you don’t have the system to LOCK the revolving door! With my chiropractic practice building program, I will show you how to unlock the frustrations of building a thriving practice whether it be cash versus insurance, new patients, referrals, retention. The Parker Process can teach you how to build a lifetime family well-care practice.

I am proud to present what is actually my life’s work to you, so you may experience the same freedom I have in life and in practice. Most chiropractors I meet, whether they are new in practice, feel stuck, or aren’t achieving the practice they once thought they would have, have the same thing in common. They believe in their reality. The Parker Process is designed to give you a new reality through my chiropractic practice building program. That reality is one of an abundance of new patients who are willing to pay a fair exchange for the care they understand is necessary for their improved health and to adopt an understanding of maintaining the health of their families through a chiropractic lifestyle!

Yes, it’s really that simple! “The Chiropractic Lifestyle”, as I refer to the way of living I recommend and live myself, is designed to maintain a sound nervous system, to nourish the body, and to keep it moving and breathing as the way to maintain optimal health. People will not refer, want to pay, or get adjusted on a regular basis until they understand “The Chiropractic Lifestyle.” You will be shocked when you first experience a person who begins care for the right reason as you watch them tell their friends about you, bring in their entire family and pay cash after they’ve been briefly disappointed that their insurance coverage is designed for sickness…not wellness! You can only learn this all through my chiropractic practice building program with me, Dr. Bruce Parker.

Chiropractic Practice Building Overview

Chiropractic practice building program with The Parker Process is the exact blueprint I followed after struggling for three years in my first practice. I ended up moving after nine months because I thought the area had the wrong people. Have you ever felt that way? After going through all of that, I finally got it! I went on to develop three clinics in the next two years, and ultimately built 13 clinics, and managed up to 28 that we designed to be the first publicly traded chiropractic company.

Some additional qualifications of mine are I managed up to 28 clinics at once; managed 130+ associate doctors over time; operated satellite practices and multi-disciplinary practices. I am well-versed in both business applications and new patient acquisition, which I have learned by having to fill many clinics every month. I say, “New patients will stimulate growth…patient retention is what develops a real solid practice.” I knew chiropractic and wanted the public to have its benefits. I learned how to attract new patients and convert them into a lifetime of care. I turned to my chiropractic practice building program, so that I may share my experiences and skills with doctors who are serious about building a successful practice.

Today, chiropractic is known as being good. The challenge is the public still does not understand chiropractic’s unique factor. This is why I developed the “ACT System”: Attract, Convert, Transform, and this is why it works so well. I’ve build practices before the insurance “hay day” and the exact same system I used then, works today. Through my chiropractic practice building program, you can free yourself from being one of the “clueless mob” of chiropractors out there, floundering for the next new patient, next insurance settlement check, or slick gimmick to once and for all make you super successful in practice!
